Casa Larga Vineyards will host its annual Ice Wine & Culinary Festival on Valentines Day, Saturday, February 14, celebrating New York State’s award-winning ice wines and Valentines Day. The event showcases wines made in the traditional German Eiswein style—grapes naturally frozen on the vine, hand-picked, and pressed within hours. Guests can sample authentic ice wines from top producers, the menu this year is Asian-Fusion Ice Wine food samples, along with cooking demonstrations, specialty wine and food vendors, the Classic Luv Shack, vineyard tractor rides, cooking demonstrations, mixology class and more. A perfect gift for Christmas to celebrate on Valentines day. Tickets go on sale Nov. 17. Tickets increase in price and sell out as the festival nears, so it is recommended to purchase your tickets early.
