The Menu:Course I: Kasespatzle (German spaetzle, creamy cheese, caramelized onion)
Course II: Gurkensalat (Traditional cucumber dill salad)
Course III: Beer Braised Venison Shank OR Chicken Schnitzel (Finished with juniper mushroom gravy)
Course IV: Black Forest Cake (Layers of dark chocolate cake, whipped cream, cherries).
